IMS/ Dry Needling

Our practitioners are certified and trained in AN-IMS. This is a form of dry needling that involved inserting a small, acupuncture like needle into a trigger point within a tight muscle. This can help “release” tight muscles, reduce pain, and improve range of motion. This treatment is particularly useful for treating chronically tight muscles.

Vestibular Rehabilitation

Vestibular rehabilitation is a type of physiotherapy that is aimed at assessing and treating disorders affecting the vestibular system. This can include symptoms like vertigo, dizziness, as well as balance and gait impairments.

Vestibular rehabilitation can help with conditions like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), vestibular neuritis, unilateral vestibular hypofunction, cervicogenic dizziness, post-concussion syndrome, and loss of balance following aging or inactivity.
